Q : How long before I'm traveling do I have to make a reservation?
A : A week's notice is sufficient. However, we can usually handle next-day and even same-day requests.

Q : What type of vehicles do you use for door-to-door service?
A : Depending on the number of people you have, we use Lincoln Town Cars, Mercury Grand Marquis', Vans, Limo's, and Buses.

Q : Where are you pickup and drop-off locations?
A : We can pickup and drop-off anywhere.

Q : What model year are your vehicles?
A : No vehicle in our fleet is more than 4 years old.

Q : How much insurance coverage do your vehicles have?
A : Every vehicle that holds fewer than 28 people is covered by $1 million. Every vehicle that has a capacity over 28 carries $5 million worth of coverage.

Q : How does this insurance figure compare to the rest of the industry?
A : State and federal law states that cab and motor vehicle/limo companies are only required to carry $35K worth of coverage per vehicle with a capacity of 15 or less , $1 million per vehicle with a capacity between 15 and 28, and $5 million per vehicle with a capacity greater than 28. Tropiano does not feel comfortable operating with such limited coverage. Due to the high profile clientele we carry on a daily basis, we feel this is only appropriate.

Q : Is alcohol and/or smoking allowed in the vehicles?
A : Alcohol is allowed for passengers of the legal age of 21. No bottles or smoking are allowed in any Tropiano vehicles.

Q : Do you accept credit cards?
A : We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diner's Club, and Discover.
