Special Arrival Instruction into Airport:
After passenger has luggage, they must go to the Ground Transportation Desk in the Baggage Claim Area and dial #19. This will connect the passenger to Tropiano Dispatcher and he/she will instruct customer on what to do next.

Special Arrival Instructions into 30th Street Train Station:
When passenger arrives, must go to main concourse and call Tropiano Inc. on 800# (800-559-2040). Dispatcher will instruct from here.
